The Academy was set up in 2002 by Dave Badcock who has been delivering hospitality training for over 20 years.
The company is situated in Marsh Barton, Exeter and its training / resource centre offers various facilities to both Learners and Assessors.
In order to meet the demands of its customers, the Academy employs a number of assessors who work across Devon, Cornwall, Avon and Dorset. All our assessors have responsibilities for assessment, mentoring and support of learners in the work place and have current industry expertise and knowledge. This ensures that they can relate to employers and learners and best meet their needs and expectations.
Our portfolio of customers includes businesses such as the Local Health Authority, major hotels through to guest houses who appreciate our responsive, flexible and practical approach.
