The Academy's Going European
On the 1st May 2007 the Academy launched its new service
Europe2uk is Academy's brand new service created to:
Assist local employers to recruit quality staff that meets their requirements as employers within the Hospitality Industry.
Offer EU students the opportunity to take a year out and obtain a secure and safe placement in which they can gain invaluable industry experience whilst earning.
Spain2uk is a facilitation service in which the employer, the Academy and the student work in partnership.
Service Overview
- Students will sign up to the service and then undergo a rigorous induction programme
- After this they will become eligible to for vacancies in the UK.
- On receiving a request from the employer, the Academy will undertake a search of its database to match the requirements of the employers against appropriate students.
- Those student(s) that have been identified as meeting the employers requirements, will have their CV, photo and details of their induction forwarded to the employer.
- The employer will then confirm to the Academy the student(s) it would like to take.
