Level 3 NVQ in Hospitality Supervision
This NVQ is designed for people intending to work in catering and hospitality in a supervisory role.
There are 2 groups of optional Units, allowing you to specialise in the areas most relevant to your role.
Group A includes Drink Service, Food Service, Housekeeping, Portering and Concierge Services, Reception and Reservations and bookings.
Group B includes more general units such as contributing to the promotion of hospitality services and products, maintaining external areas, monitoring and solving customer service problems and entering and finding data using a computer.
To achieve a Level 3 Hospitality Supervision NVQ candidates are required to complete 8 units in total (5 mandatory units plus 3 optional units).
A NVQ Level 3 takes approximately 1 to 2 years to complete.
This qualification can be obtained as a single NVQ or as part of an Advanced Apprenticeship.
